When will I receive my tracking number?

You'll receive your tracking number via email within 1-3 business days after placing your order, once your package ships.

My tracking shows no updates. Is that normal?

Yes! It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system after your package ships. If there are still no updates after 48 hours, contact our support team.

What if my tracking shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look for a delivery notice (sometimes left in mailbox)
  • Check all entrances and safe places around your property
  • Contact us immediately if you still can't locate it

Can I change the delivery address?

Once shipped, we cannot change the address directly. However, you may be able to request a delivery address change through the carrier's tracking page. Contact us for assistance.
